In some circumstances it is possible to make image to flicker too much in production tab of buildings
Expected:
Less flickering or no flickering at all
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any manufactory
2. Click between 2 requirements in green label and dont release mouse button
3. mouse up with mouse pointer and release mouse button after you are away from production option
4. move keep moving with mouse over that production option and compare it with other production options
5. notice too much flickering on the option where we clicked first
