Current situation:
collecting 3 productions from senate show different amounts of draft laws

Expected:
Identical amounts shown (expected 3x68 = 204)

Reproduction steps:
1. collect 3 draft law production
2. mention 205 displayed
3. see 204 added
4. repeated 3 hours later, same behavior
5. start bug report

Chrome updated. I'm now running the same as you are. I still can not reproduce.

Confirmed.

1. Upgrade Blooming Trader Guild to level 26.
2. Set up production for three draft laws.
3. Collect production when finished.
4. Notice the blimp over the Senate is 205, but the other blimp says 204 as outlined in OP.
5. Notice the amount actually added is 204.

6. Upgrade BTG to level 27.
7. Set up production for three draft laws.
8. Collect production when finished.
9. Notice the two blimps are the same amount.
