Cancelling Draft Laws in Senate shows wrong warning, which doesnt make sense to me, it mentions 5 mils of coins

1. Open Senate
2. Start producing Draft Laws
3. Try to cancel it
4. Observe warning
Note: i am getting this warning when i have lots of coins in stock, yesterday when i had barely 50% of coins it was all OK
