In magic academy enchantmets with 3 relics overlap with time needed to produce it

Better placement of requirements

1. Open magic academy
2. select Inspiring meditation or Combining Catalyst
3. observe overalipng

While this is fixed on Beta, on live servers where word "Costs:" has more letters after translation this issue is still present - since everything is moved to the right, just heads up for reports from live servers

And in that regard Senate requirement for Statuses is slightly overaling with time even now, after live release and "Costs:" translation it will be overlaped as a whole
