Current situation:
Disenchanting button doesnt update summonings tab properly which leads to situation to build buildings without resources with other errors

Expected:
Proper updating of summonings tab after using disenchanting button

Reproduction steps:
1. have atleast 1 building which doesnt have resources available to build in inventory/summonings tab
2. click on disenchanting button, observe that building/s are not greyed anymore
3. move to another page of summoning tabs
4. click again on disenchanting button
5. observe that inventory update summoning buildings (if they should be greyed or not) based on when we first time clicked on disenchant button
6. now it is possible to build buildings without resources with errors

Does it really possible to build or there would be error message when you try it?
Requirements should anyway be checked serverside...

Good reproduction steps aswell.
Fastest way to reproduce:
- have negative population and have a manufactory or workshop in your inventory.
- have 1 building of something in your inventory next to the greyed out buildings
- disenchant that building
- click back afterwards (to stop the disenchanting)
- notice the greyed out buildings arent greyed out anymore.
