Current situation:
When visiting other players' cities, the name of the city isn't shown entirely (if longer than it fits) when leaving the mouse on it.


Expected situation:
The entire name of any city should become visible when leaving the mouse on it (like it was before (?) and like it is on live servers still)

Reproduction Steps
1. Visit any player's city
2. Put the mouse on the name of the city and leave it on
