Reproduction Steps
1. loading the game in the mobile version
2. city graphic quality is "high"
3. training grounds at level 24 don't start showing any animation like moving figures and light effects as it is for the Browser version (see screenshot)

Confirmed, Training Grounds has no animations while training troops.

It also has no animation in other cities where I can't see if troops ar currently trained or not
