Current situation:
When starting a production a window opens to say the building isn't connected, it clearly shows more resources being taken for that production with a refund underneath

Expected situation:
Production should start with just the correct resources taken

Reproduction Steps:
1. Click on building
2. Click on required production
3. Production Error Window opens to say building isn't connected to a street
4. Amount of resources for production taken are shown

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

Confirmed, it happens with all producing buildings (manufactories, workshops, military buildings…)

I can't reproduce it on my own account either, but it's forwarded now. Doesn't seem to happen for everyone though, so could anyone who has this problem please give us a bit more info:

* Which chapter are you in?
* Are you playing Humans or Elves?
* Do you have any buildings which indeed are not connected?
* Any specific steps that caused it?
* Does reloading the game resolve it?

The issue does not appear in Flash. Last chapter, human, no disconnected buildings, no specific steps, just starting productions. Reload does not solve it. Listening to the sound effects, it almost sounds as if it is registering start production multiple times.

It seems to take gold/supplies for each of the previous productions - reloading the game just clears the information on previous productions but the problem still persists.

I'm in Halflings and didn't have the problem when setting the barracks production but it was very very slow. Instead of being able to click the troop type 5 times I had to wait for each of the supplies taken to disappear before clicking again.

I'm an Elves city, in Constructs chapter, using HTML5 desktop version on Chrome (Windows 10).
I have same problem on factories, but only when I used the keypad to select which production run to set, ie. click the factory, press 1 ... I get the Production Error message and multiple indications of costs being charged/refunded (the production run does start though). If I just use the mouse - click the factory, click on 3h run - everything runs as normal.

I am in Chapter 15. I have a human city and play in HTML5 desktop with Chrome. My computer makes a terrible grinding sound when the popup comes up. I was not using the number system at the time, I was using a mouse. Some things work but some do not.

I clicked on one of my Traveling Merchants and got totally robbed. They do not take any coins, goods, or supplies.

i think i know now what caused this, they are most likely trying to implement multiproduction from workshops to manufactories to set for all manufactories at the same time
now if you open manufactory and start production, close manufactory, and open it again, you see production is running but with shortcut you can set another production and that causes error

Hi guys,

Thank you so much. No further info is needed, it seems the issue has been found and indeed has something to do with the hotkeys. We expect to have this fixed early next week.

Just having a little fun @Marindor your post was right after mine saying you found the issue. I've mentioned before in a post I like to break the game. I totally concede, I did break it! Currently holding the Elvenar record of most factories and broke the game!
