Using time booster removes tooltips on world map
Expected:
There should be tooltips on world map after using time boosters
Repro steps:
1. log into game
2. enter world map
3. observe tooltips for Back to city, Research
4. go back to city
5. use time booster somewhere (for example open magic academy and use any time booster to shorten spell production)
6. close magic academy
7. enter world map
8. observe that Back to city, Research buttons dont have tooltips anymore
9. if you skipped step 1-4 you need to do step 5-8 2 times in a row
