Fixed [28712] Disenchant not active on portal profit

Expected situation:
At the first moment, the disenchant for players before dwarfs does not activate, they must click back and click disenchant again.

Reproduction Steps:
1. open academy with account before dwarfs
2. click on plus (Spell fragments)
3. click on Instants
4. go to page with portal profit
5. and portal profit still inactive
6. to activate, click back and again disenchant
7. But when you click back, it activates for the game which is another bug. Should I report it separately?

Cannot reproduce. Using Chrome Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit), HTML5, v1.89-beta.1-(ad97ffc) (2019-09-12 09:02).

My portal profits are gray before hitting disenchant. Once I hit disenchant, they turn green as all other items do. See pictures below.

The same error is on the Live server in Chapter IV vith lastest Opera browser and v1.87.3-(ed5bb5c) (2019-09-13 09:30), so I do not understand how it is not possible to reproduce

Are you sure you are following my procedure? The error occurs only via the "plus button".

I now see what you are doing. I normally go through the instants at the bottom of the screen. I will confirm it.

Confirmed for cities without guest races.

1. Open the magic academy.
2. Click on the tab that says "Crafting".
3. Click on the plus (+) symbol next to spell fragments.
4. Click on the tab that says "Instants".
5. Move screen to see portal profits, notice they are gray.
6. Hit the button that says back.
7. Notice the portal profits are now green.
8. Click the disenchant button.
9. Notice the portal profits are now available for disenchantment.

My Portal profits just disappeared. So there seems to be some sort of bug.
