Confirmed using Firefox with Flash. My steps did not involve moving the mouse outside of the browser.

1. Go to the Spire.
2. Win a couple of chests.
3. Start moving the spire map up and down.
4. Continue moving the map. Let up on the mouse slightly and press back down. This is something I did subconsciously.
5. Continue to move the map up and down, occasionally slightly releasing the mouse.
6. It may take quite a few minutes; but, at some point, you will definitely notice the shaking of the spire map.

NOTE: The shaking referred to is not something you can overlook.
