Current situation:
After switching to map (or any other view) and back there are no more tooltips like rune shards overview/other menu buttons help/score details/recent notifications/etc.
Quest tooltips sometimes stay floating despite of mouse been moved out after this bug is triggered.

This side-effect is interesting, btw. You can see how your wooden chests are counted for quest in real time.=)

Expected situation:
tooltips should be shown correctly

Reproduction Steps:
1. reload game
2. notice tooltips are shown
3. switch to the map view and back
4. notice missing tooltips

thanks Dony you made me look in the right direction.
I was trying to get the quest box to stay open as in picture, which wasnt happening to me.
But the missing tooltips over menuitems is easy reproducable

Quest box staying opened is side effect, happened only after this bug is triggered. To see it you need to move out mouse from quest icon just before tooltip appears, and don't mouseover other UI elements that show tooltips.
