Fixed [28002] Spire - reward screen alignment issue

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
Reward screen in spire for chests which has more then 3 rewards is wrongly aligned (because of the scrolling bar)

Expected situation:

Proper alignment for reward screen

Reproduction steps:
1. enter spire
2. reach any encounter which has more then 3 rewards
3. open encounter
4. click on chest to see rewards
5. observe alignment issue

I do have a question. Are you saying it is out of alignment because all four items are not showing as they do when it's only three? Perhaps I am overlooking some other detail.

there is a big empty spave above percentages, while below rewards there is no free space between them and scrolling barm, almost overlaping each other, its not eye pleasing to look at it
rewards should be more centered between top border and bottom scrolling bar in that window

1. Open the Spire.
2. Work your way to a chest that has more than three possible prizes.
3. Notice the menu pops up to give a choice between the diplomatic approach or fighting. (Spire 1)
4. Click on the chest there to see what the possible prizes are.
5. Notice the prizes, percentage chance of winning, and how many of each prize is offered is out of alignment vertically. The section needs to be moved up. (Spire 2)
