Fixed [27388] Sunflares and heigbourly help chests won't pick up

I can't pick up sunflares or treasure chests. What's ga'an on ?!

It happens to me too, but clearing cache worked for me

I had the same feature, but could it clear with a re-log

I also had this issue a few minutes ago, and found that reloading the game fixed it, at least temporarily.

Same here, probably have to do with Spire event. Could pick them up but the image remains.
Had some more strange things happening. i.e. couldn't open Spire, had to reload to get it working again.

Ok, still having to reload to pick up sun flares.

this bugged sun flares then appears in every city you visit, definitelly a bug

I picked up 5 sun flares just now, 2 of them disappeared and 3 remained on the screen and only disappeared when reloading the game - it only started happening after the spire appeared.

reproduction steps (not sure if 5/5)

* have some sun flares in your town, dont pick them up
* go to neighbour city and do neighbourly help
* chest should appear
* look around the map, notice a sunflare in neighbourly town (at a location that was in your town aswell)
* try clicking it, notice nothing happens.
* dont open the help chest (for second part of bug) and go back to your city
* go to location where you saw the sunflare with neighbour.
* collect it and notice the sunflare stays there. collect it again and notice nothing happens (bug part 1)

* go to other neighbours
* get a chest from nh but dont open it
* continue doing neighbourly help untill you get chest again.
* try clicking it and notice you cant open it up.

I appear to be able to pick up sun flares, however 2 out of 3 help chests would not open for me today.

I couldn't pick up chests (new neighbors woah!) or sunflares with html but changed to flash and it worked.
