Current situation:
needlses of the tempest shows increased training as number, while flying academy and victory spring shows it as percentage

Expected situation:
Same format for all 3 of them

Reproduction steps:
1. observe tooltips of needles of the tempest, flying academy, victory springs
2. see inconsistency between them
