it works in flash

Yeah, first screen of mine is in flash player and second one in HTML5; maybe it depends on browser? I've used Edge, I'll test Chrome and Opera.

I am using Firefox and HTML5 and I too don't see the ocst of crafting (same as the OP):


I wonder if the Pet Food has something to do with it?

It can be reproduced in Chrome, HTML5 while it works fine in flash player
