Game version: can't get it loaded.
HTML5 Yes/No: html5, should work with flash, but I can't reset it.
Game world: beta 1
Browser/IOS/Android + version: firefox 62.0.3 and chrome Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Flash Player version: html5, flash on live works normal.
Operating System: lubuntu 18.04
Screen resolution: 1366x768

Humans or Elves: elves, but does that really matter?
Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation: logging in with a lubuntu version of chrome or firefox results in a permanent login screen. it doesn't even load the image.
__ lubuntu is ubuntu with the lxde desktop, but it should be replicable with any linux-system.

Reproduction Steps
1. have lubuntu 18.04
2. try to login with one of these browsers (with installed flash)

just for fun: it won't start with firefox in win 10 either, chrome allowed it, and allowed resetting to flash. and chrome in lubuntu with flash was working fine (so, find a solution to that). (means, when the game was set to flash, chrome in lubuntu loaded just fine, it just didn't load with html5 on)
