Reproduction steps:
1. have disconnected temple of the dunes
2. cast enchantment like PoP or MM
3. observe that temple of the dunes lost disconnected sign

there could be other buildings with same behaviour

The icon reappears on refreshing the game, and the Temple remains disconnected throughout (until reconnected again of course) so it's a display issue only
