Fixed [23337] Can't place offers for sentient goods

I can see them in offers and wholesaler, but can't place an offer of sentient goods. I'm about 2/3rd through Elementals.

In "place offer" window the whole row of select buttons for sentient goods is missing.

He does, I checked his city. Besides, he couldn't be "about 2/3rd through Elementals" without upgrading the Trader.

this is fixed by now, right? if it wasnt i would expect a lot more complaints about it by now
