Polished culture building with EE shows wrong percentage - 10% instead of 5%
edit: it actually shows total bonus, while on live it shows individual bonus

Expected situation:
Proper percentage

Thanks for the report, Dony. Mine is acting even funnier, so let me look into this a bit further.
Checked a few more things, now this bug is confirmed
