Current situation:
Amount of culture isn’t being showed properly

Expected situation:
I have 1280 culture available, it should be visible in the top menu

Reproduction Steps:
1. Look at the top menu
2. Click on the culture button
3. Top menu says 0, culture menu says 1280

The issue doesn’t have anything to do with one specific device, I have the issue on two different Apple devices.

I don’t have issues to start an upgrade, for some reason the culture amount in the screen is red, but when I actually start the upgrade, it works just fine.

Yes you are right. Although it seemed I could not upgrade I was actually able to do it.
