Current situation:
Chapter navigation in tech tree doesnt always work, clicking on any chapter and then moving to different chapter with mouse draging tech tree make that initial chapter button non-responsive, while all other buttons work.
Expected situation:
Chapter navigation works all the time
Repro steps:
1. open tech tree
2. click on any chapter in bottom navigation, lets say orcs
3. tech tree will move to orcs chapter
4. drag tech tree with mouse to another chapter/s
5. now try to click on orcs chapter again - nothing happens
6. click on other chapter buttons to see it works for others
