Fixed [22867] " turns in to \' in chat

I wanted to type something between " " (double quotes) but the chat turned it into \' (with HTML5) :

With Flash " (double quote) turns into ' (single quote) without \ :

\ (1 backslash) turns into \\ (2 backslahes)

This happens only on HTML5.

Someone really has trouble handling/programming escape characters.
