Current situation: Clicking on Send message from the popup window or from the mail icon no longer starts a message addressed to the intended player. It opens the Inbox instead.
Expected situation: Clicking on Send message should start a new message with the player name filled in.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Visit a player's city. Click on the Mail icon.
2. OR Search for a player. Click on the player name to see the popup window. Click on Send message.
3. OR Open the Fellowship window. Click on a player name to see the popup window. Click on Send message.
