Won't fix [22808] Parts of Research Tree don't show.

Still not fixes it back to missing the icons and now its not fixing when I scroll back then to the chapter I am in.
using opera, going back to flash till fixed

new repro steps for this bug:
1. open research tree
2. click on mini chapter icon down below (2-3 chapters away then the currect one)
3. right after click on next mini chapter icon (before the tech tree moved)
4. observe that after tech tree moves to that chapter it shows only paths and no techs
