Current situation: When looking at the Spring Grove no info about available Settlement Resources is shown.

Expected situation: To see the settlement resources currently available.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Just click on the level 4 Spring Grove (I assume it is the same for other Portal-type buildings)

When looking at the info for a portal (in this particular case a level 4 Spring Grove) the info about the available Settlement Resources is missing. Here's a screenshot:

Notice how there's nothing under Settlement Resources?

For comparison, here's a screenshot from Live:

On Live the info is there, as you can see.
