Current situation:
Wishing well animation is missing when building is expired

Expected situation:
Animation should be present

Reproduction Steps
1. have expired wishing well connected to the road
2. log into the game
3. observe missing animation of expired wishing well building

workaround is to move that wishing well, animation will appear

Edit. or maybe there shouldnt be animation after you move building, either way 1 of this needs to be fixed

deleting street removes animation of wishing well, and then it reappear 1s later, its still this issue or another one?
