Current situation:
Tech tree progress indicators have incorrect lengths

Expected situation:
Indicators should be correct

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open tech tree
2. Scroll a bit to find messed up indicator (each time different indicators are messed up)

I have this as well.

Thank you for the report. I can confirm this issue. Besides different indicators messing up each time, the length of the green bar can shorten further by scrolling back and forth again.
This issue applies both to Flash and HTML5 versions.
