Fixed [22408] Forward/Backward buttons not correctly aligned with black background

Look at the black background (or border) of these buttons:

Thanks Jasper, I can confirm this for the Forward/Backward buttons, but didn't experience it forthe Cater/Fight buttons - these look correctly centred for me in HTML5. My screen resolution is different though - 1366x768
