Cannot reproduce [22365] Unable to go back when enter chat message that is longer then visible window

When entering a chat message that is longer then the visible window you can't go back to the front of the message.

You can now go back to the start of the message, but when you input any characters it jumps back to the end of the message so you cannot view the part you are editing. Reopened
