Current situation:
Long chat messages don't get posted to chat despite being under 750 character limit. A message 254 characters long works as normal. A message between 255 and 750 characters does not. Text box will also be wiped, so you have to retype the message.
Expected situation:
Any 750 characters or less should work.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Type a message between 255 and 750 characters (characters left should say 495 or less).
2. Click enter to post it.
