Current situation:
When you switch from town to any other window (map, for example), special offer timer stops counting, and show the same time left after return to town.

Expected situation:
Special offer timer should always show actual time left

Reproduction Steps:
1. Get special offer (like double goods we've got today)
2. Notice time left
3. Switch to map view
4. Wait for few minutes
5. Switch back to town
6. Notice same time left that was before switching to map

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
