Fixed [21646] AW KP instants are not clicable

Current situation:
When you get AW KP instant and they have New label over them its not possible to use them when clicking on that New label

Expected situation:
AW KP instants should be clicable with New label over them

Reproduction Steps
1. get some AW KP instants
2. open ancient wonder
3. click in golden book to insert AW KP instant
4. notice some instants have New label over them
5. move your mouse over that New label
6. try to click on that instant while your mouse is over that New label (its not possible, nothing happens)
7. also notice that enlighten effect over instant disappear while mouse is over New label (similar to when you move away from instant)

that is something different, i dont miss golden book button, i can use instants, its not clicable only if mouse is over New label over instant
move mouse over that red rectangle and observe, try to click it
