Curent situation:
When we use icon (screenshot) of a specific epoch (chapter in tech tree) they move us to middle chapter

Expected situation:
Chapter icon should move us to the beginning of the chapter (not middle or end the chapter)

Repro steps:
1) Login elvenar
2) Open technology tree
3) Use chapter icon to move from epoch to epoch
4) Notice that they move you to middle of chapter

Do you have an unfinished tech in that chapter, somewhere outside the screen-cap? In the past, the behavior has always taken us to either the beginning of the chapter if there are no unfinished techs, or to the spot where there is an unfinished tech in the chapter if one exists.
