Fixed [21153] Mobile - Spells are viasble(sparkle) when goods building is upgrading

Situation:

When we use spell on manufactories, and then we start to upgrade this building, sparkles didn't disappear like it is on browser version of game.

How it should be:

Sparkle from Spell should disappear

1) Start game on mobile
2) Use spell on goods building
3) Start to upgrade this building
4) Notcied spell on upgrading building

Well, I guess that elvenar's construction workers like to do two jobs simultaneously, so they build and produce at double speed under spells . So, confirmed.
