I tried with all the military buildings I have with several different units and all worked fine. Maybe it was just a one time glitch? The pop ups not always work as intended in this game.

just happened second time for
i collected wishes, essences, mana, redbeard set, set new production of orcs in armory and then tooltip changed

Wow Dony, this is amazing! Your reproduction steps are correct and for me this looks so incredible to find, only wishing well makes problem, manufacturies dont. You are really King of Bugs
