Fixed [20710] Forum/Wiki window in-game opens top-left

If you click the "Forum/Wiki" button in-game the window opens top-left, it functions ok (directs to forum etc) but after closing forum page in order to close the opened in-game window you have to refresh (the window is placed too far top left).

I updated Chrome, restarted it, no effect - still goes top left.

Forum/Wiki window and Diamond purchase window open in top left corner of window game.

Expected situation:
Forum/Wiki window and Diamond purchase window open in the middle of window game.


Reproduction Steps
1. Click on a Forum/Wiki button (down right corner), Forum/Wiki window opens in top left corner of game window.
2. Try to close it, it is impossible. Game must be reloaded to close open Forum/Wiki window.
3. Click on a diamond purchase button (plus in top right corner next to diamond icon), diamond purchase window opens in top left corner of game window.
4. Try to close it, it is impossible. Game must be reloaded to close open diamond purchase window.

Happens with Firefox also but there I can close both windows by clicking on the fuzzy border(background) part.
