Fixed [20615] Move bulding option didnt turn off after we go to FA map

Curent situation:

After we select "move bulding", and then go to the FA map, we still have "move bulding coursor on FA map. And then after we back to city button "done" of "move bulding" option dissapear

Expected situation:

"move bulding" option should turn off after we press FA map

Repro steps:

1) Press "move" bulding
2) Press on FA map
3) Noticed "move" building icon
4) Back to city
5) Noticed button "done" dissapear, but we still can move buildings
6) To turn off "move" option we need to press "move" again and then "done"

Cant give SS from FA map, cause on screen cursor is invisible

Edit:

With "sell" building is same story.
