Current situation:
I have a diamond offer icon in my city, but when I click on it, the news pop-up appears.
The timer does seem to work, but it is not clear for what




Did some clicking and found that it is meant for a discount on premium houses.



Expected situation:
A diamond offer icon should lead to the offer for which it is for

I can confirm this bug; I didn't think it was for something in special, so I checked the diamond bonus instead. It does appear a discount on magic houses, as reported on post #1.
