Current situation:
Times in notification window are 2 hours less than actual time of event. Probably that's because it's not following user time zone.
Expected situation:
Notifications show correct time based on user time zone.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Set local time zone to be different than one set on server
2. Receive notification
3. Open notification window
4. Notice that time of recently received notification is far from your current local time.
(You anyway send correct UTC value in unix time format to client, so just let client render this string. That would also fix https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/inde...-something-wrong-with-dates-in-messages.9526/ ).
