Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)
Current situation:
When you have culture bonus from NH (was 125% in attached gif) and it goes down due to some of NH expired (became 100%), you still see amount of gold/supplies calculated with outdated culture bonus (125%) on tooltips. When you try to gather it - you'll see outdated high value (125%) flying off the building, and receive normal decreased amount (100%) actually. Tooltips become normal only after switching from your city or moving/upgrading buildings.
Just seen the inverted situation - tooltips show 100% when actually receive 125%.
So title should be changed to "Incorrect tooltips after NH changes culture bonus"
Expected situation:
Always see correct value on tooltip, to be sure you have enough gold for quest.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Get culture bonus from NH.
2. Hover mouse over gold/supplies ready to be taken, notice amount.
3. Collect that gold/supplies and notice actually collected amount.
4. Move some building or switch to some other city and go back.
5. Notice correct tooltip.
...
6. Wait until NH expires and bonus get lowered.
7. Hover mouse over gold/supplies ready to be taken, notice amount
8. Collect that gold/supplies and notice actually collected amount
