Fixed [19232] Road connection requirement missing from prize tooltip

As you can see the second Grand Prize gives Cultuire and produces Coins (even without the set bonus). All buildings that produce something require a road connection, yet the tooltip for the prize does NOT mention the need for a road.

this set buildings works diferently, they act as a road themselves, if you connect all 4 building next to each other only 1 building needs to be connected to the road

how do you know this allready? dont tell you somehow managed to get a set allready :)

I agree with @shadowblack. Taken as a standalone building, the 2nd price needs as street connection to the main hall. Not everyone will use the set feature. Consequently, the connection strategy should be clearly indicated in the tooltip, as done with all other buildings.

maybe its a bug but 2 buildings have description from above and another 2 have (which is more clear i think):
This building is part of a set. Connect it to the Main Hall and place your set buildings adjacent to it. All Set Buildings will have a street connection then. Unique set buildings which are placed next to each other will increase the set bonus for each building.
