1. Go to an AW where someone has donated KP and try to get mouse over tooltip for reward info

Current situation:
I know we had a part of this this bug several times, but couldn't find it in forum to post there
When you do a mouse over at a building (like AW, MH, Culture), the window is too small to show the information.

In your own city the mousover for some buildings is missing completly (Manufactorys, Residences, Workshops)

Expected situation:
see the information as usual

Reproduction Steps
1. Simply do a mouse over at upon mentioned buildings (MH wrong size, Residence none)

Hi Flabbes, thanks for reporting this issue
As you can see, I have merged your 2 threads into 1, as they are indeed the same issue, which is currently affecting, as Dony has said above

almost all tooltips

lets hope they fix it before winter event start
