1a. Open any of the military buildings. or 1b. Open a fightable province.
2a. Open Army Camp. or 2b. Click fight button.
3. Open Unit Information of any of the units.
4. Hover your mouse over the Unit Ratings.
5. Observe that the "Damage modifications" is empty.
