Fixed [18655] Quest giver portrait border Disappears when you complete quest/get next quest

After the first couple of quests the 1st quest giver, Crash, is replaced by Lord Pumpkin.
The portrait of that one doesn't have a border:

After Lord Pumpkin the quest giver changed back to Crash again and he also doesn't have border

Edit: After a reload there was a border again:

Edit2: When the quest is completed and you get the next quest the border is gone again:
