just a safety measure. in order to protect your city data, the ranking points needed to be removed ;-) inno respects your data privacy...

no, it's not fixed.
points gained through the tournament are still not counted in.
EDIT: but it's nice to see a ranking with them excluded.

this issue seems fully resolved to me.
