__Timer in barracks popup displays total time for current training queue instead of time until next training squad being ready

__timer in barracks popup should display time until next training squad can be collected

Reproduction Steps
1. __login into game
2. __load city
3. __hover over barracks until popup shows
4. __note the remaining time it displays
5. __open barracks and compare
Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

(time difference between captures is caused by the time taken to make the captures, the timer in the popup is otherwise accurate as announced, but it is not the right one

on the other end, the progress bar is correct and accurately tells us where we are with the current training squad !
