Fixed [18225] Early collect "hand" moved on halflings field while it was ready to collect

Current situation: When I were "in" halfling grain field, in same time when early collect moment was almost ready i noticed that "early collect hand" on charging bar moved. You can noticed this on screens

Expected situation: This "hand" should be all the time in same place

Reproduction steps:
1) Reach halflings chapter
2) Have grain field (+ mb Spring Grove Lvl 4 cause i have)
3) Press on Grain Field( go into it) a moment before it will be ready to early collect
4) Notice that hand move a bit to right and early collect window get crazy( watch screenshots)

additional:

Early collect for me is 866 (you can see it on 3rd screen)
On first screen we can notcie that i already have 867 and "gold hand" but bar still do nt reach early collect

I can confirm this. The blue bar is out of sync from the hand's arrow at the early collect point.
This is also the case with other buildings where early collect is possible, see image of a residence.

Looks like early collect is calculated from the base value and doesn't take any bonuses in consideration.
