Current situation:
Event icon partly covers the ranking points added | removed when upgrading | cancelling upgrading a building.

Expected situation:
Ranking points should be on top of the event icon.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start | Cancel any upgrade that gives ranking points.

and mod moved it to discussion thread that it is not a bug but rather suggestion
