Fixed [17773][mobile] Outgame notifications did not reset

Current situation:

Number of outgame (on the icon placed on screen, and in aplication menue) messages notification didnt reset. Even when i log in on browswer version of game and read messages, this notification is still on game icon.

Expected situation:

I know that in mobile version there is no message box yet, but notification shouldnt apear or should reset, after read all messages, or if I turn off aplication notification i shouldnt get them.

Reproduction steps:
1. Install mobile version of game, and log in
2. Diasble notification from aplication(in app menue)
3. Wait till someone (Fellowship member), wrote a message, and you get notification.
4. Log on desktop version of game and read message
5. check icon of game on your smartphone
